摘要
目的 探讨锁定加压钢板内固定在治疗四肢骨折中的临床疗效。方法 随机选取我院于2013年2月-2014年12月收治的85例四肢骨折患者,根据固定方式的不同分成对照组（解剖钢板内固定）和观察组（锁定加压钢板内固定）,其中对照组29例,观察组56例,对比两组患者的疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者的疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）,并且其不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折疗效显著,不良反应发生率低。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of locking lompression plate fixation for limb fractures. Methods 85 case of limb fractures in our hospital were selected in to our studies from February 2013 to December 2014. According to the different fixed way,the patients were divided into control group（fixed internal y by anatomical plates）and observation group（fixed internal y by locking compression plates）,including control group 29 cases,observation group 56 cases,compared the therapeutic effec and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effect of observation group was significantly superior than control group（P〈 0.05）,and the adverse effects rate of observation group was significantly lower than control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of locking compression plate fixation for limb fractures is significant,and low incidence of adverse reactions.
