乌司他丁与奥曲肽联合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果研究

Study Effect of Ulinastatin Combined With Octreotide in Treatment for Patients With Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的 研究乌司他丁与奥曲肽联合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法 选取2014年3月-2015年3月本院重症急性胰腺炎46例,依照治疗用药不同将其分组。对照组23例,在常规疗法基础上应用奥曲肽;实验组23例在常规疗法基础上应用乌司他丁、奥曲肽治疗。观察疗效,予以组间比较。结果 组间相比,实验组症状消失时间短,治疗有效率高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 乌司他丁与奥曲肽联合治疗重症急性胰腺炎,可取得满意效果。

Objective To study ulinastatin combined with octreotide treatment effect for patients with severe acute pancreatitis is to be studied. Methods Chose 46 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who are treated in hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 and separate them into groups according to different treatment methods,23 patients in control group are given octreotide treatment in addition to conventional treatment and 23 patients in study group are given ulinastatin combined with octreotide treatment in addition to conventional treatment,and then observe patients’treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’symptoms disappeared time are much shorter in study group and treatment efficacy is much higher,there is a differential between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with octreotide treatment is quite effective for patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
