曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并心衰的临床探析

Clinical Study of Trimetazidine in Treatment of Coronary Complicated With Heart Failure

目的 对曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并心衰的临床疗效进行分析探究。方法 选取于2012年12月-2015年6月经临床确诊的并且在我院接受治疗的冠心病合并心衰患者68例,将患者随机分为对照组32例、治疗组36例,进行对照研究,对常规治疗和加用曲美他嗪治疗的效果进行观察并比较。结果 治疗组患者的治疗显效率为75%,治疗总有效率为88.9%,与对照组患者的37.5%和71.9%比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;同时治疗组患者的收缩压、舒张压以及心率均有好转,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并心衰的临床效果显著,能够使患者的心功能得到改善。

Objective To study the efficacy of rimetazidine medication in treatment of coronary complicated with heart failure. Methods Chose 68 patients of coronary complicated with heart failure who were diagnosed and treated in hospital from December 2012 to June 2015 and separated 32 patients into control group and 36 patients into study group at random,and then observed and compared conventional treatment effect and trimetazidine medication effect between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group was 75% and the total treatment efficiency rate was 88.9%,which were quite different from counterparts of 37.5%and 71.9%in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a difference had statistic value（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine medication is of efficacy in treatment of coronary complicated with heart failure,it is conducive to improving patients’cardiac function.
