盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗心力衰竭临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Benazepril Hydrochloride Combined With Spironolactone in the Treatment of Heart Failure

目的 研究盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2014年9月-2015年6月收治的80例心力衰竭的患者并分为对照组和观察组各40例,其中对照组采取常规治疗方法进行治疗,观察组进行盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的病情变化情况。结果 观察组（95%）的治疗效果较对照组（80%）更优,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 采用盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗心力衰竭具有良好的效果。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of benazepril hydrochloride combined with spironolactone in the treatment of heart failure. Methods Selected in our hospital during June September 2014 to 2015 were 80 cases of heart failure patients and divided into control group and observation group,each group of 40 cases and the control group was treated with conventional therapy,the observation group of benazepril and spironolactone treatment, compared two groups of patients before and after changes in condition. Results The treatment effect of the observation group（95%）was better than that of the control group（80%）,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of benner pury hydrochloride combined with spironolactone in the treatment of heart failure has good effect.
