中药附子汤加减治疗腰间盘突出症临床研究

Clinical Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Aconite Decoction in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探究中药附子汤加减治疗对于腰间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法将我院收治的100例腰间盘突出患者随机分成两组,对照组和实验组。对照组患者采用常规牵引和推拿按摩治疗,实验组患者在常规牵引、推拿按摩治疗的基础上采用中药附子汤加减治疗。结果对照组患者治疗的总有效率是70%,实验组治疗的总有效率是90%;对于患者疼痛程度的VAS评分,两组患者的VAS评分均有所降低,实验组降低幅度大于对照组。结论对于腰间盘突出的患者,采用中药附子汤治疗的治疗效果较好。

Objective To explore the efficacy of medicine aconite decoction for treatment for lumbar disc herniation. Methods 100 cases in our hospital patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,control and experimental groups. In the control group were treated with conventional traction and massage therapy,patients in the experimental group routine traction,massage therapy based on the use of traditional chinese medicine aconite decoction. Results The patients in the control group total effective rate was 70%,the experimental treatment group total effective rate was 90 percent,for the patient＇s degree of pain VAS scores,both groups VAS score were decreased,reducing the magnitude greater than the experimental group in the control group. Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation,preferably herbal aconite decoction treatment.
