Experience of Professor Wang Guang-hui for the Treatment of Nonliquefaction of Semen

目的总结王光辉教授治疗精液不液化的临床经验。方法发掘整理王光辉教授治疗精液不液化的临证医案,分析用药及辩证规律,阐述其学术思想。结果依据王光辉教授的多年经验,遵循辩证论治的原则,采用男科清热胶囊等药物治疗,显著改善患者临床症状及精液液化时间。结论王光辉教授认为精液不液化多是以肾虚为本,以湿热、瘀血、痰浊、寒凝为标。临床常见类型主要为湿热、瘀滞或两者并存,因此对精液不液化的治疗应以活血化瘀、化痰通络、清热解毒利湿为主。

Objective Summarized professor wang guang-hui＇s clinical experience in the treatment of nonliquefaction of semen. Methods Explore col ation, professor wang guang-hui don＇t semen liquefaction basis of treatment,drug analysis and dialectical law,its academic thoughts. Results On the basis of many years experience of professor wang guang-hui,fol ow the principle of dialectical treatment,male use drug therapy,such as clear heat capsule significantly improve the clinical symptoms and semen liquefaction time. Conclusion Professor wang guang-hui don＇t think semen liquefaction is more kidney empty as this,to damp and hot,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity,haemorrheological nature as the standard. Clinical common types mainly for damp heat,stasis or both at the same time,so the treatment of semen liquefaction not should with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, resolving phlegm and dredging col aterals,qingrejiedu lishi mainly.
