胶体金法检测梅毒抗体价值及弱阳性影响因素分析

摘要 目的 分析研究胶体金法检测梅毒抗体价值及弱阳性影响因素。方法 随机选择2012年5月-2014年7月于本院接受检查并经TPEHSA法确诊的50例梅毒患者以及同时期于本院检查50例未感染梅毒者作为研究对象,采用胶体金法进行检测,以TP-EHSA法检查结果作为金标准,将梅毒血清稀释后再次进行检测,以此胶体金法检测梅毒抗体灵敏度,分析pH值、溶血、脂血对检测结果弱阳性的影响。结果胶体金法检测漏诊率为12.0%,假阳性率为26.0%,当pH值低于2.0或高于11.0时,检查结果无效。pH值在6.0-8.0之间检查结果最为可靠准确。若梅毒抗体标本浓度较低则易受到标本溶血、脂血的影响而出现弱阳性。结论 胶体金法不适用于检查浓度较低的梅毒抗体,且溶血以及脂血会对检测结果造成一定干扰形成弱阳性。 Objective To analyze the value of the detection of syphilis antibody by col oidal gold method and the influence factors of weak positive. Methods Randomly selected from May 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital to accept the inspection and the TP-EHSA method for diagnosis of 50 cases of syphilis patients and the same period in our hospital check 50 patients not infected with syphilis were as the object of study by col oidal gold detection,to TP-EHSA method were used to examine the results as a gold standard,syphilis serum diluted test again,in order to col oidal gold detection of syphilis antibody sensitivity,analysis of pH value,hemolysis,blood lipid on the detection result weak positive influence. Results The detection rate was 12%, the false positive rate was 26%,when the pH value was lower than 2 or higher than 11,the test results were invalid. The pH value was the most reliable and accurate between 6.0-8.0. If the concentration of syphilis antibody is low,it can be easily influenced by hemolysis and blood lipid. Conclusion The col oidal gold method does not apply to the detection of low concentrations of syphilis antibody,and hemolysis and lipid blood wil cause a certain degree of interference in the detection of weak positive.
