胸腹水常规中细胞学检查的临床价值

Clinical Value of Cytological Examination of Pleural Effusion

目的 对患者胸腹水进行常规细胞学检查,研究其在临床诊断中的应用价值。方法 对2013年1月-2015年1月入住我院胸外科伴有积水的患者75例,临床上取其胸腹水进行检查。结果 35例进行胸水检查的样本恶性细胞的检出率为28.57%（10/35）,30例腹水恶性细胞的检出率为36.67%（11/30）。3例胸水和5例腹水III级可疑恶性细胞临床确诊为恶性肿瘤的患者为2例和4例。结论 胸腹水常规细胞学检查临床上协助确诊恶性肿瘤,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical application value of conventional cytology in the diagnosis of patients with pleural effusion. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015,75 patients with hydrocephalus were admitted to our hospital,and the clinical examination was carried out in the clinic. Results The detection rate of malignant cel s in 35 patients with pleural effusion was 28.57%（10/35）,and the detection rate of malignant cel s in 30 cases was 36.67%（11/30）.3 patients with pleural effusion and 5 patients with malignant tumor of grade III grade grade malignant tumor were 2 cases and 4 cases. Conclusion The clinical diagnosis of malignant tumor is a very important clinical application value.
