临床路径在医院感染管理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Clinical Pathway in Hospital Infection Management

目的探讨临床路径在医院感染管理中的应用效果,为全面提升医院感染管理提供更多的参考。方法以笔者单位肛肠科痔、肛裂手术患者在2013年未实施临床路径和2014年实施临床路径情况进行调查分析,对比临床路径实施前后患者平均住院时间、抗菌药物使用以及感染率。结果肛肠科痔、肛裂手术患者在实施临床路径后,其平均住院时间、抗菌药物使用以及感染率均优于实施前,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径的实施,全面规范了医疗护理行为,进而达到了提升医院感染管理工作实效性、控制医院感染率的目的。

Objective To explore the clinical pathway in hospital infection management in the application of the effect,to improve the management of hospital infection to provide more reference. Methods To the anorectal hemorrhoids,anal fissure surgery patients in 2013 not the implementation of clinical pathway and 2014 implementation clinical pathway were investigated and analyzed,contrast the clinical path implementation of patients before and after the average hospitalization time,antimicrobial drug use and infection rate. Results Anorectal hemorrhoids,anal fissure surgery patients in the clinical pathway implementation,the average length of hospital stay,use of antibiotics and infection rates were significantly better than before there is a significant difference（P〈 0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of clinical pathway,standardized the medical care behavior,and then achieved the purpose of improving the effectiveness of hospital infection management and control the hospital infection rate.
