股骨干骨折合并髌骨骨折术后早期康复训练对膝关节功能康复的护理研究

Efficacy of Postoperative Early Rehabilitation Exercise on Knee-joint in Treatment of Femur Shaft Fracture With Patellar Fracture

目的探讨早期康复训练对股骨干骨折合并髌骨骨折术后膝关节功能康复的作用。方法对收治股骨干骨折合并髌骨骨折35例患者,术后进行早期康复治疗,包括持续被动运动、主动抗引力运动、关节屈伸运动及关节抗阻力运动、过渡性部分负重行走,直至完全负重行走,并进行随访,在术后第14 d、1个月、2个月、3个月进行HSS膝关节功能评分。结果经康复训练后3个月膝关节活动功能优良率88.57%。结论股骨干骨折合并髌骨骨折术后行早期康复干预,可减轻肌肉萎缩及关节挛缩,有利于患肢膝关节功能恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative early rehabilitation exercise in treatment of femur shaft fracture with patel ar fracture. Methods 35 cases of patents with femur shaft fracture and patel ar fracture,had early rehabilitation exercise postoperative,including continuous passive motion,initiative anti-gravitation motion,flexion and extension of knee,resistive exercise,transitional partial weight-bearing walking,until ful weight bearing walking, and were fol owed up and evaluated by HSS knee score in the first 14 days,one month,two months,three months after surgery. Results After three months early rehabilitation exercise the fine rate of knee function was 88.57%. Conclusion Femoral shaft fracture with patel ar fracture treated with early rehabilitation exercise postoperative,could reduce muscle atrophy and joint contracture,is conducive to the recovery of knee function.
