舒适护理在肛肠外科护理中的应用效果分析

Effect of Comfort Nursing in Anorectal Department

目的 剖析舒适护理对于肛肠外科手术患者的护理效果。方法 对我院2013年12月-2015年2月收治的104接受肛肠外科手术的患者进行回顾性分析,将接受不同手术种类的患者随机分为常规护理组和舒适护理组,测量患者的满意度,并对两种护理方法进行对比分析。结果 舒适护理组患者对于护理工作的满意度为96.15%,而常规护理组为88.46%,两组差异具有统计学意义。结论 对于进行肛肠外科手术的患者使用舒适护理可以提升患者对于护理工作的满意度。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of comfort nursing for patients in anorectal department,intestine surgery operation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 104 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from December 2013 to February 2015,the patients were randomly divided into routine nursing group and comfort nursing group,the patients were treated with two nursing methods. Results The satisfaction of comfort nursing group was 96.15%,while the routine nursing group was 88.46%,the difference between the two groups was significant,with statistical significance. Conclusion For patients with anorectal department,intestine surgery operation comfort care can improve the patient satisfaction with nursing work,comfort nursing in anorectal department,intestine surgery nursing work in the promotion.
