摘要
目的 分析探讨经ERCP途径治疗胆总管巨大结石高龄患者的可行性以及护理配合方法。方法 选取我院于2013年3月-2014年3月收治的胆总管巨大结石高龄患者90例作为临床研究对象,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其护理要点。结果 本次研究中的90例胆总管巨大结石高龄患者经ERCP途径治疗取得了良好的治疗效果,结合清除率达到了97.78%。结论 采用ERCP治疗高龄患者胆总管巨大结石安全有效,但前提条件是术前评估、术中配合、术后精心护理。
Objective To analyze the feasibility of the ERCP pathway in the treatment of elderly patients with giant stone of the bile duct and the method of nursing cooperation. Methods 90 patients with giant stone age from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected as clinical research object,the clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the nursing points. Results In this study,90 cases of bile duct stones in elderly patients with ERCP pathway treatment achieved good results,with the clearance rate reached 97.78%. Conclusion ERCP is effective and safe in treatment of elderly patients with common bile duct stones,but it is a prerequisite for preoperative evaluation,intraoperative cooperation,postoperative care.
