心理护理在自闭症护理中的应用分析

Analysis on Psychological Care in Treatment of Autism

目的 对心理护理在自闭症护理中的临床应用效果进行分析研究。方法 选取于2013年2月-2015年7月在我院接受治疗的自闭症患儿63例,将患儿随机分为常规护理组（30例）和心理护理组（33例）进行对照研究,观察常规护理和心理护理的效果并进行比较。结果 心理护理组患儿的测评评分低于常规护理组,同时心理护理组患儿的PEP测评评分以及运动、应物、应人、言语等GESELL测评评分均高于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 心理护理在自闭症护理中具有临床应用效果,能够大大提高治疗效果,对改善患儿的临床症状以及提高患儿的生活质量具有十分重要的作用。

Objective Clinical application effect of psychological care on patients with autism is to be studied. Methods Chose 63 children patients with autism who were treated in hospital from February 2013 to July 2015 and separated 30 patients into control group that were given conventional care and 33 patients into study group that were given psychological care and then compared clinical effects of conventional care and psychological care between two groups. Results Patients’assessment scores in psychological care group were much higher than that in conventional care group,and patients’PEP assessment scores,and GESELL assessment scores in terms of exercise,object,person and language in psychological care group were much higher than counterparts in conventional care group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological care is of clinical efficacy in treatment of children patients with autism,it is conducive to improving children patients’ clinical symptoms and promoting patients’quality of life.
