摘要
目的研究重型颅脑损伤颅内血肿的观察及护理措施。方法选择158例重症颅脑损伤颅内血肿的患者,对其临床表现及护理措施进行总结和分析。结果通过对所选的患者进行治疗,126例患者手术后好转出院,32例在手术前后死亡。结论重症颅脑损伤颅内血肿患者实施有效的临床护理能够降低并发症发生率,提升患者的临床治疗效果。
Objective To study the observation and nursing measures of severe craniocerebral injury with intracranial hematoma. Methods 158 cases of intracranial hematoma with severe craniocerebral injury were selected,the clinical manifestations and nursing measures were summarized and analyzed. Results After treatment,126 patients were discharged,and 32 patients died before and after surgery. Conclusion Effective clinical nursing can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
