摘要
目的 探讨体外冲击波碎石（ESWL）术后肾挫伤肾包膜下血肿的防治及护理。方法 选取2007年10月-2015年3月我院收治的肾输尿管结石患者1 200例采用体外冲击波碎石机治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 治疗有效率为98.3%,治愈率为91.2%,取得了良好效果,在治疗后有10例出现肾挫伤肾包膜下血肿,现对发生原因进行分析并提出预防及善后措施。结论 在治疗操作过程中,要做好护理工作,保护肾脏。
Objective To investigate the prevention and nursing of postoperative renal contusion and subcapsular hematoma in patient with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Methods Selected from October 2007 to March 2015,1 200 cases of patients with ureteral calculi treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotriptor in our hospital,observed treatment effect. Results The effective rate was 98.3%,the cure rate was 91.2%,achieved good effect. After treatment of 10 cases with renal contusion subcapsular hematoma,we analyzed the causes and prevention and rehabilitation measures. Conclusion In the treatment of operation,to do a good job in nursing work,protect the kidney.
