摘要
目的 探讨妇科腹部术后合并急性肾功能衰竭的护理及安全性。方法 随机选取我院在2013年2月-2015年2月接收的40例妇科腹部手术合并急性肾功能衰竭患者,对其临床护理的相关资料进行回顾分析。结果 40例患者中有38例患者痊愈出院,2例死亡,存活率为95.0%。结论 对于妇科腹部术后合并急性肾功能衰竭患者需要及时的采取干预护理措施,从而提高患者的预后。
Objective To study the care and safety of gynecological abdominal surgery with acute renal failure. Methods Randomly selected 40 cases of abdominal gynecological surgery with acute renal failure patients in February 2013 to February 2015,the clinical care related data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 40 patients,38 patients were cured,2 cases of death,the survival rate was 95.0%. Conclusion Needed for gynecological abdominal surgery in patients with acute renal failure timely intervention care measures to improve the prognosis of patients.
