摘要
目的 分析探讨神经内科护理中脑卒中康复护理的临床效果。方法 选取我院神经内科于2013年2月-2014年2月收治的脑卒中患者110例作为临床研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予康复护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 根据统计学分析结果,观察组患者护理1个月、5个月后的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分高于护理前以及对照组护理后,比较结果具有差异性（P〈0.05）。结论 神经内科护理中脑卒中康复护理能够有效改善患者的肢体运动功能。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the rehabilitation nursing of stroke rehabilitation in the department of neurology. Methods 110 cases of stroke patients treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group,the control group received conventional nursing,the observation group were given rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results According to the statistical analysis results,the Fugl-Meyer motor function score of the observation group after 1 months,5 months after months,compared with the nursing before and after the control group,the results were significantly different（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing of cerebral apoplexy in the Department of internal medicine can effectively improve the limb motor function.
