优质护理服务在高血压患者健康体检路径中的应用分析

Application Analysis of High Quality Nursing Service in Health Examination of Hypertension Patients

目的 分析优质护理服务在高血压患者健康体检路径中的应用效果。方法 2013年3-12月来我院体检的高血压患者共688名,随机分为研究组与对照组各344名,对比分析两组对体检效果和护理质量的评价。结果 两组体检可信度相近（P〉0.05）,研究组体检时间少于对照组（P〈0.05）,体检满意度优于对照组（P〈0.05）,护理服务质量各项得分较高,均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 优质护理服务在高血压患者健康体检路径中应用可以缩短体检时间,提高受检者满意度,其质量可以得到受检者的充分认可。

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service in health examination of Hypertension patients. Methods Selected 688 patients examined in our hospital and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,344 patients in every group,two groups were compared with physical examination results and nursing quality. Results The Physical examination time of the study group was less than the control group（P〈 0.05）,physical examination satisfaction and the quality of nursing service score were significantly better than the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service in health examination pathway can significantly shorten the time of physical examination, improve the satisfaction degree of the subjects.
