Discussion on Teaching Method of New Nurses in Department of Orthopedics

为提高新护士临床教学质量,根据护理部的教学目标和骨科专科特点,我科2013年建立骨科临床教学教案和骨科个案护理单,探讨新护士高效、系统、全面的带教方法。按照教学计划每周安排带教老师对新护士教学考核,提高新护士的临床实践操作和独立工作能力。新护士通过3个月的系统教学,效果满意。
