摘要
为提高新护士临床教学质量,根据护理部的教学目标和骨科专科特点,我科2013年建立骨科临床教学教案和骨科个案护理单,探讨新护士高效、系统、全面的带教方法。按照教学计划每周安排带教老师对新护士教学考核,提高新护士的临床实践操作和独立工作能力。新护士通过3个月的系统教学,效果满意。
In order to improve the quality of clinical teaching in the new nurses, according to the nursing department of teaching objectives and orthopedic specialist characteristics, in 2013 the establishment of orthopedic clinical teaching lesson plans and orthopedic nursing case single, to explore the new nurses, and systematic and comprehensive with teaching methods, according to the teaching plan weekly arrangement teachers teaching evaluation of new nurse and improve the new nurses in clinical practice and the ability to work independently, new nurses by 3 months of teaching system and satisfactory effect.
