摘要
本科生导师制是我国医学院校育人的新模式,也是与国际接轨的重要体现,医学院校应提高本科生的专业知识与技能,强化学生的科研创新意识,实现本科生到导师制。本文就医学院校实行本科生导师制进行分析。
Undergraduate Tutorial is a new model of medical colleges of education, but also an important manifestation of international standards of medical colleges should improve undergraduate professional knowledge and skills, enhance students' awareness of scientific research and innovation, to achieve undergraduate tutorial system. This paper analyzes and smoking on medical colleges tutor system for undergraduates.
