Research and Exploration of Carrying Out the Tutorial System in the Rehabilitation Training Teaching

本研究了国内外导师制的典型模式,综合分析了高职高专院校康复治疗技术专业的地位和性质,提出在康复实训基地开展以"导师制"为核心的实训教学模式,旨在进一步提高康复治疗技术的教育质量,提高学生实践能力和职业能力,培养学生解决实际问题的能力,使学生能够更快更好的掌握康复治疗技术,为社会提供高质量的康复治疗技术人才。

Several typical models of tutorial system have been investigated at home and abroad, Moreover the status and nature of the rehabilitation treatment technology specialty in the vocational college have been analyzed. On the basis of these, a tutorial system model in the Rehabilitation Training Teaching has been presented as the core to improve practical abilities and professional abilities of students and to cultivate abilities to solve practical problems of students. The tutorial system model aims at further improving the qualities of education of rehabilitation treatment technology and enables students to better and faster master rehabilitation treatment technology. Finally, the tutorial system model will provide the high qualities of rehabilitation treatment and technical talents for the society.
