The Control and Management of Nosocomial Infection in Acupuncture Department

目的对医疗机构针灸科存在的医院感染控制薄弱环节,提出监管对策,预防和控制医院感染。方法对我市35家设置针灸科室的医疗机构进行现场调查并采样检测,发现可能造成医院感染的问题,分析并采取有效的控制措施。结果对医院针灸科布局流程、室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、消毒剂、医疗废物加强管理,有效控制医院感染。结论设施齐备、严格管理和加强监督是降低和控制医院感染的重要措施。

Objective In order to prevent and control nosocomial infection in acumoxa department, we propose countermeasures and suggestions of supervision for the weakness in nosocomial infection. Methods Field investigation and sample detection were carried out in 35 medical institutions that equipped with acumoxa department. We analyze the possible reasons of nosocomial infection and take effective control measures. Results We effectively control hospital infection by strengthen the disirfection management in the following aspects： layout flow, room air, object surface, medicical staff hands, disinfectant and medicial waste. Conclusion Available facilities, strict management and strengthen supervision are the important measures to reduce and control the nosocomial infection.
