梗阻性大肠癌手术治疗分析

Study on Surgery Treatment of Patients With Obstructive Colorectal Cancer

目的：探究梗阻性大肠癌患者手术的治疗方法和效果。方法选取2014年1月～2015年3月收治的30例梗阻性大肠癌患者进行手术治疗，针对具体病情为患者选择适合的手术方法。结果患者平均的手术时间为：（73.5＆#177;2.3）分钟。有4例患者出现不良反应，占比为13.3%，其中2例为手术创口的感染，1例为吻合口瘘，1例为腹腔感染。结论针对梗阻性大肠癌患者，首先要完善相关检查，并选择合适的手术时机和手术方法，改善患者的预后情况。

Objective Surgery treatment method and its effect for patients with obstructive colorectal cancer are to be studied. Methods 30 patients with obstructive colorectal cancer who are treated in hospital from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected, these patients with proper surgery treatment methods according to patients’ illness condition. Results Patients’ surgery time on average is （73.5 ±2.3） score and there are four cases of side effects to be observed, accounting for 13.3%, and of these 4 cases adverse reactions, there are 2 cases of trauma infection, 1 case of anastomotic fistula and 1 case of abdominal infection. Conclusion Patients with obstructive colorectal cancer, it is suggested to improve patients’ relevant physical examinations and select proper surgery time and treatment method in order to improve patients’ prognosis.
