老年股骨转子间骨折DHS内固定的临床效果

Clinical Effect of DHS Internal Fixation for Intertrochanteric Fracture in Aged Patients

目的：探讨 DHS 内固定术治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法选择2008年1月～2014年12月我院收治的股骨转子间骨折老年患者28例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各14例，对照组实施常规切开复位 DHS 内固定术，观察组采用微创 DHS 内固定术，比较两组临床疗效、手术时间、骨折愈合时间。结果观察组骨折恢复优良率优于对照组（P ＜0.05），且观察组手术时间、骨折愈合时间更短（P＜0.05）。结论微创 DHS 内固定术治疗老年股骨转子间骨折优于切开复位 DHS 内固定手术，前者可有效缩短手术时间、骨折愈合时间，提高骨折恢复效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of DHS internal fixation in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods From Jan. 2008 to Del. 2014, 28 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 14 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional open reduction and DHS internal fixation. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive DHS internal fixation. The clinical efficacy, operation time and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery of the fracture of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the operation time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive DHS internal fixation for treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly is significantly better than open reduction and internal fixation of DHS, the former can effectively shorten the operation time, fracture healing time, improve the recovery effect.
