摘要
目的探讨小剂量氨氯地平联合复方阿米洛利治疗老年高血压的效果。方法将老年高血压患者84例随机分为两组,对照组以氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗,观察组以氨氯地平联合复方阿米洛利治疗。结果观察组患者SBP水平降低程度优于对照组;治疗后两组均无严重不良反应。结论小剂量氨氯地平联合复方阿米洛利治疗老年高血压效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of small dose of amlodipine and amiloride compound in the treatment of elderly hypertension effect. Methods 84 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group took amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment, observation group with amlodipine with compound amiloride treatment. Results The patients in the observation group the level of SBP decreased than the control group; after treatment, the two groups had no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion A small dose of amlodipine with compound amiloride significantly in treatment of elderly hypertensive effect.
