紫外线照射配合他克莫司外涂治疗白癜风的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ultraviolet Irradiation Combined With Tacrolimus in the Treatment of Vitiligo

目的探究紫外线照射与他克莫司联合使用对白癜风疾病治疗的效果。方法随机将72例白癜风患者分成联合组与单一组,前者予以紫外线照射+他克莫司治疗,后者仅予以他克莫司治疗,且比较两组患者的疗效。结果联合组患者的有效率高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组与单一组患者的并发症发生率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对白癜风患者予以紫外线照射联合他克莫司外涂治疗,疗效确切。

Objective To explore the effect of combined use of ultraviolet irradiation and tacrolimus on the treatment of vitiligo disease. Methods The random 72 cases of vitiligo patients were divided into combined group and single group, the former treated with ultraviolet irradiation and tacrolimus, the latter only be tacrolimus treatment and curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results Patients in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the single group, significant differences, statistical significance （P〈0.05）, combined group and single group of patients with complication rate compared, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of patients with vitiligo by UV irradiation combined with tacrolimus is effitive.
