中医专科医院中药的安全性与合理应用管理措施研究

目的研究中医专科医院中药的安全性与合理应用管理措施。方法收集需要使用中药进行治疗的患者共82例,根据患者入院日期的单双号数分为40例对照组和42例观察组,对照组患者常规应用中药治疗,观察组在此基础上加入合理应用管理。结果观察组患者的临床治愈率高于对照组,观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组,观察组患者的满意度高于对照组,P均<0.05。结论在中药治疗的过程中,对患者实施用药干预机制,能够有效保证治疗的效果,提高用药安全性,使患者更加满意。

Objective To study the safety and rational use of Chinese medicine in TCM hospitals. Methods Collected the information needed to use traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of patients with a total of 82 cases, according to the odd and even numbers of patients admitted to the date number for 40 cases of control group and 42 patients in the observation group. Results The clinical cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The patients in the implementation of drug intervention mechanism.
