参苓白术散加减治疗亚急性(脾虚型)湿疹的效果分析

The Effect Analysis of Shenlingbaizhu Powder in Treatment of Subacute(Spleen Deficiency Type) Eczema

目的探讨参苓白术散加减治疗脾虚性湿疹的效果。方法选取患者62例,对32例观察组患者采用参苓白术散加减治疗,对照组患者采用西药氯雷他定口服治疗。结果观察组患者治疗1周、2周、3周后症状积分减少值高于对照组;观察组治疗有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的81.25%,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散治疗脾虚性湿疹效果显著。

Objective To investigate Shenlingbaizhu powder to treating eczema spleen effect. Methods 62 patients, 32 patients in the observation group were treated with Shenlingbaizhu Powder treatment, the control group were treated with western medicine loratadine oral treatment. Results The patients one week, two weeks, three weeks symptom score decreased value higher than after, therapeutically effective observation group was 96.88%, 81.25% higher than that, the two sets of data were significantly different （P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Shenlingbaizhu powder spleen eczema treatment effect is significant and can be widely applied.
