花红片、妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎180例三中心临床观察

Clinical Observation of Honghua Piece, Fukeqianjin Piece for the Treatment of 180 Cases Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease by Three Centers

目的观察花红片、妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取180例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组和B组,各90例;A组患者采取花红片治疗;B组患者采取妇科千金片治疗;对比两组患者的症状积分改善程度,综合评价患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,B组患者下腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛、白带异常、月经不调、经期腹痛加重的症状积分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),下降幅度大于A组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%,对照组治疗总有效率为76.67%;两组数据具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论花红片、妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效确切,妇科千金片与花红片对比,妇科千金片缓解患者的症状及改善预后更明显,起到标本兼治的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of bonus piece for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 180 patients as the research object, were randomly divided into group A and group B, each 90 cases; Comparison of two groups of patients improved symptoms integral, comprehensive evaluation of the patient＇s therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, B group with a significant reduction in the symptoms integral than before treatment （P〈0.05）, to observe treatment group total effective rate was 91.11%. The control group total effective rate is 76.67%. Two groups of data with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fukeqianjin Piece, Honghua Piece for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has clinical curative effect, contrast Honghua Piece with Fukeqianjin Piece, Honghua Piece could relieve the symptoms and improve the prognosis of patients with more obvious, the curative effect is good.
