溃疡性结肠炎患者康复新液保留灌肠治疗的疗效观察与护理

The Curative Effect Observation and Nursing of Ulcerative Colitis Patients With Kangfuxin Fluid Retention Enema Treatment

目的对康复新液治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果进行探讨,并对治疗过程中的护理方法进行分析。方法选取我院接收的80例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各有患者40例。对照组患者采用常规的治疗,实验组患者采用康复新液进行灌肠治疗,并采用优质护理方法进行护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率和患者治疗后的满意度均高于对照组,两组差异明显,P<0.05。结论溃疡性结肠炎患者康复新液保留灌肠治疗效果显著,且治疗后实施优质护理能够提高治疗的有效率。

Objective To observe Kangfuxin fluid for treatment of ulcerative colitis were discussed, and analyze the nursing methods in the process of treatment. Methods 80 cases ulcerative colitis patients receiving in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, 40 cases in each group have patients. The control group were treated by routine treatment, the experimental group were treated by Kangfuxin fluid enema treatment, rehabilitation nursing, and USES the high quality nursing methods compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results The experimental group after the treatment of patients with efficient and patient satisfaction were much higher than the control group, the differences between the two groups, P〈0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion In patients with ulcerative colitis Kangfuxin fluid retention enema treatment effect is remarkable, and implementation of high quality nursing care after treatment can improve the treatment efficiency.
