探讨低位结肠癌患者术后肠造瘘口系统护理的效果

To Investigate the Effect of System Nursing of Low Colon Cancer Patients With Postoperative Intestinal Fistula

目的探讨低位结肠癌患者术后肠造瘘口系统护理的效果。方法对我院收治的68例低位结肠癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用单双数形式将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施系统护理,观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组不良反应发生率及住院时间均低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为91.18%,高于对照组(79.41%),比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对行肠造瘘口术的低位结肠癌患者实施系统护理尤为必要,可显著降低患者不良反应发生率,缩短住院时间,提高满足护理满意度。

Objective To study the lower colon cancer patients of postoperative intestinal colostomy mouth system nursing effect. Methods Our hospital clinical data of 68 patients with lower colon cancer were retrospectively analyzed, and the number of single and double form it can be divided into control group and observation group, control group routine nursing, the observation group in the control group based on the implementation of the system of nursing, the observation of the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The observation group, incidence of adverse reactionsand length of hospital stayare significantly lower than the control group, compare the significant difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）, Patient satisfaction 91.18%, observation group was obviously higher than that of control group more significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The low line of intestinal colostomy surgery of patients with colon cancer care is necessary, implement system can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to patients, shorten the hospitalization time, meet the nursing satisfaction.
