全面护理干预用于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Children With Cough Variant Asthma

目的：探讨应用全面护理干预治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床疗效，进一步为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2012年6月～2014年6月我院收治的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿110例，随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组患者采取常规护理方式，实验组患者采取全面护理干预，比较两组患儿临床有效率以及家长护理满意度。结果治疗结束后，实验组患儿临床有效率为96.3%，对照组患儿临床有效率为73.2%，两组比较，P ＜0.05；家长护理满意度比较方面，实验组患儿家长满意度为98.1%，对照组患儿家长满意度为78.6%，两组比较， P ＜0.05，有统计学意义。结论对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿应用全面护理干预的临床疗效显著，可有效减轻患者临床症状。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for children with cough variant asthma, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods In our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 children cough variant asthma in 110 cases, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the control group patients were treated with routine care, patients in the experimental group take comprehensive nursing intervention, compared two groups of children with clinical efficiency and parents care satisfaction. Results After treatment, patients in the experimental group clinical efficiency was 96.3%, control group with clinical efficiency 73.2%, P〈0.05, parents care satisfaction comparison, parents of the experimental group satisfaction was 98.1%, control group parents satisfaction was 78.6%, P〈0.05, statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention for children with cough variant asthma is significant, which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms.
