Clinical Nursing of Reflux Esophagitis

目的探究反流性食管炎临床护理的措施和效果。方法随机选取我院就诊的反流性食管炎患者,分为两组后采用不同的方法进行护理,两个月后观察两组患者病情的恢复情况。结果实验组患者恢复率、病情、生活质量、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论反流性食管炎患者采取优质护理可以有效的缓解病情,控制病情发展,降低并发症的发病率,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of the measures and reflux esophagitis clinical care. Methods Patients with reflux esophagitis in our hospital were selected, which was divided into two groups, using different methods of care, two months after the recovery of the two groups was observed in patients with the disease. Results The recovery rate of patients in the experimental group, the disease, quality of life, treatment satisfaction was significantly higher, statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with reflux esophagitis take quality care can effectively alleviate the condition, control of the disease, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
