摘要
针对一种贵重金属粘接组件的拆解需求,提出了一种利用红外热源均匀加热以实现粘接组件无损分离的新工艺。在充分研究了专用粘胶红外热失效机制和热应力作用分离机制的基础上,进行了全尺寸组合粘接壳件的无损拆解实验。结果表明分离后的内壳件在尺寸变形和镀层完整性两个方面均完全满足再粘接制造的技术要求。
This paper proposes a new infrared heating process for non-destructive dismantling of adhesive shells. The nondestructive dismantling experiment of full size adhesive shells is performed based on the theory of special adhesive failure and thermal stress separation. The experiment shows that the separated inner-shell can meet the requirements of re-adhesive in dimensional accuracy and integrity of the coating.
