摘要
文中研制了一种机械便携式家用万能切片机,能够实现对各种骨类、冻肉和蔬菜的分离、切片和切丝。该装置主要由切片厚度调整机构、V形托板槽自动送料夹紧机构和齿轮齿条切分结构组成。针对所设计功能结构采用运动仿真和有限元分析方法对其机构及关键零部件进行验证分析,以确保切片机传动结构的可靠性和稳定性。经实验证明,该切片机能够大幅度降低厨房劳动强度,显著提高厨房的工作效率和机械化程度。
This paper designs a mechanical portable domestic universal slicer, which can realize the separation,slice and shred of all kinds of bones,frozen meat and vegetables. The device is mainly composed of slice thickness adjustment mechanism,V groove automatic feed clamping mechanism and gear rack segmentation structure. To ensure the reliability of the slicing machine transmission structure and stability, motion simulation and finite element analysis of function structure are used to validate its mechanism and key components. The experiments show that the slicer can greatly reduce labor intensity and kitchen significantly, and can increase the work efficiency of the kitchen and the degree of mechanization.
