摘要
对于一般的CFD分析项目,网格生成约占整个前处理周期的80%~95%,网格划分质量对计算精度和收敛速度有显著影响。文中以200W垂直轴风力机叶片的NACA 0018翼型为目标,分别以两种方法对翼型及流场区域划分网格。通过对比网格质量以及Fluent中的流场仿真结果,发现结构化网格在垂直轴风力机叶片翼型流场分析中具有更高的质量,更适于做气动分析。文中的结论为叶片流场仿真奠定了基础。
The process of meshing covers 80% ~95% of early process period in CFD,and has a significant influence on calculation accuracy and convergence speed. In this paper,we take the NACA 0018 airfoil of 200 W vertical axis wind turbine's blade and the flow zone as the objective which is meshed in two different methods. By comparing the mesh quality and results of flow field simulation in Fluent,we find that structural grid is better in flow analysis of vertical axis wind turbine blade airfoil and more suitable for aerodynamic analysis. The results provide reference for the upcoming blade flow simulation.
