摘要
在不确定的环境下,如何有效实现复杂机械产品再制造装配过程质量异常诊断是再制造企业质量控制面临的难题。基于此,在分析再制造复杂机械产品装配过程质量控制特点基础上,提出一种基于模糊异常诊断Petri网的再制造复杂机械产品装配过程质量异常诊断方法。该方法运用模糊理论建立了过程质量异常与异常源之间的映射关系,结合Petri网图形化描述了过程质量异常产生和传播机理,并通过模糊推理规则实现了装配过程质量异常诊断。以某再制造企业发动机装配过程为例,验证了方法的可行性。
It is a challenge to efficiently implement complex mechanical product remanufacturing abnormal assembly process quality diagnosis during the remanufacturing enterprise quality control under the uncertain environment. Based on the quality control characteristics analysis of product assembly process in remanufacturing complex mechanical product,a kind of quality abnormal diagnosis method is put forward based on the fuzzy diagnosis of Petri net. The mapping relationship between process quality abnormal and abnormal source is established by fuzzy theory,the process quality abnormal and transmission mechanism is described by Petri net and the abnormal assembly process quality diagnosis is achieved through the fuzzy reasoning rules. This method is applied in a remanufactured engine company and achieves good results.
