摘要
称重系统的主要作用是检测液体分布器喷出液体的均匀性,综合变送器与数据采集卡以1000次/s收集模拟量数据,通过计算机串口读取采集的模拟量数据,再通过串口发送指令给S7-200PLC,来控制称重系统的运动,为此开发了一套基于S7-200PLC与C#架构下的称重系统,此系统已在湖北长江石化得到了应用,且取得了很好的效果。
The weighing system is mainly used to test the uniformity of the liquid squirted from the distributor. Analog quantity data is collected by integrated transmitter and DAQ Card（Data Acquisition Card） at the frequency of 1000t/s,and is read by computer serial port,and then the port sends instruction to S7-200 PLC so as to control the movement of the weighing system. Based on the framework of S7-200 PLC and C#,the new weighing system is developed and applied by Yangtze Petrochemical in Hubei Province,and has obtained a very good effect.
