摘要
小车-低架桥系统是上海振华港机(ZPMC)首创的立体式、轨道式集装箱传送方案,是自动化码头技术创新中的重要一环。文中首先利用ANSYS软件中的梁单元建立了小车、低架桥结构的有限元模型并分析了各自的动态特性,其次基于Full法分析了平板小车高速重载运行时,几种支撑形式下低架桥结构动力学特性并总结了各自的影响规律。
The car-low frame bridge system created first time by ZPMC is a spatial and track way type project of container delivery and also a vital section of automatic container terminal technical innovation. The finite element model of car-low bridge system is built by using beam element in ANSYS software,and its dynamic characteristics are analyzed as well. We analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the low frame bridge system with several prop patterns under the condition that flat car operates at high speeds with heavy load. The rules of several prop patterns of dynamic characteristics of the low framebridge are summarized.
