摘要
利用Hyper Works/Opti Struct软件,以最大飞行加速度工况下的某型雷达支架为研究对象,采用SIMP方法(变密度法)建立拓扑优化数学模型,得到用于指导结构优化的密度云图,并重新建模,进行强度、刚度复核以验证优化方案的可行性。经过验证,支架结构质量减轻25%,实现了雷达支架的轻量化设计。
A radar bracket with high acceleration is analyzed based on Hyper Works/Opti Struct. By using SIMP Optimization method,the structural topology optimization mathematical model is established, and the cloud density pictures for guiding optimization is obtained. Then the model of the radar bracket is rebuilt to verify the correctness of the optimum result through strength and stiffness analysis. The result shows that the new design reduces 25% mass compared with original design. The lightweight design of the structure is realized.
