摘要 卡轨车是斜井煤矿辅助运输中的重要设备,主要用于运送人员和材料设备,钢丝绳一旦断裂,将会造成严重损失,为此必须保证卡轨车制动系统的安全可靠。文中运用可靠性设计理论,对卡轨车制动系统存在的问题进行可靠性分析,为行业人员对卡轨车制动系统的设计提供参考依据。 Rail ear is important equipment in coal mine auxiliary transportation of inclined well,and is mainly used to transport personnel and materials. The broken of steel wire rope will cause serious loss,so safety and reliability of the rail ear brake system must be ensured. Based on the theory of reliability design,this paper can'ies out reliability analysis of existing problems in the card rail car brake system. The results can provide reference for the design of the braking system in rail ear.
