数控车床加工精度的影响因素及提高措施

Affecting Factors and Improving Methods for Machining Precision of NC Lathe

数控车床的加工精度直接影响机械零件的质量,因此加工精度的影响因素受到广泛关注。文中在概述数控车床组成和工作原理的基础上,研究了数控车床加工精度的影响因素,并提出了提高数控车床加工精度的有效措施,对于进一步探讨数控车床加工精度的提高措施有一定的借鉴作用。

The quality requirements of mechanical parts is gradually increased by the continuous development of machinery manufacturing,NC lathe machining precision directly affects the quality of machine parts,thus,the machining precision factors are widely concerned. In this paper,NC lathe and working principle is proposed,the machining precision affecting factors of NC lathe are studied, effective measures of improve the machining precision are proposed.
