摘要
数控车床可以加工回转类零件,但薄壁零件的装夹较为困难,该设计结合实际制作三爪卡盘卡爪附件。通过使用,该附件效果好,它可有效装夹薄壁圆形零件,可以获得较稳定的加工质量,也可提高生产效率。
To realize the clamping of thin-walled rotary parts on NC lathe,this paper designs the jaw of three-jaw chuck which can result obvious effect. The new jaw of three-jaw chuck can effectively clamp thin-walled rotary parts,and can obtain more stable processing quality and high production efficiency.
