摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定了毛峰、铁观音茶叶水中矿物质元素的含量,并模拟现实生活中的泡茶方式,进行了不同浸泡时间和水温及不同冲泡次数这些元素溶出特性的研究。
The mineral etements in two kinds of tea including Maofeng,ancl Tieguanyin tea were-measured with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （ICP-MS）.Through the simulation of the manners of making tea in the real life.The extraction rates of elemental extraction in Maofeng,and Tieguanyin made in different time,different temperature and made for different times were determined.
