中国城市公共文化领域的历史形态及其演变

Historical Morphology and Evolution of Chinese Urban Culture in Public Field

城市公共文化领域在不同的时空具有不同的表现形态。从空间维度看,我国城市公共文化领域与西方公共文化领域发展路向不同。从时间维度看,古代中国城市公共文化空间是"礼制化"和"生活化"并存的空间,结构上体现封建化样态,不具有公共文化领域的特征;近代中国公共文化领域呈现出"政治"和"文化"交融共存的局面,始终面临精英阶层两极化的内在消耗,公共文化领域的功能和价值没有得到充分体现;当代中国公共文化领域由于互联网技术和媒体融合发展,正从孤立空间向多元空间拓展,但仍存在着公共性被侵蚀和共识价值难以实现等困境。城市公共文化领域不仅影响文化生态,也影响城市居民道德水准和价值判断。当前我们亟需培育公共价值观念及促进公民文化能力成长,以建立符合法治思维、功能相对完备、满足公众基本需求的公共文化领域。

The urban public culture has its different performance at different space. It impacts not only the urban culture ecology but also the civil moral standards and value judgments. As far as cultural field concerned,Chinese public culture is different from the westerns'. In ancient times,Chinese urban public culture space is the co- existence of 'hospitality'and 'adaptation',dotted with feudal patterns in structure,without the features of public culture; in modern China,the public culture integrated 'politics'with 'culture',and the role and value of public culture was not fully reflected; today,with the integration of network technology and media,Chinese public culture is exploring from isolated space to plural space,yet there still exists the difficulty of openness erosion and hardness of consensus value achievement. It is expected to cultivate the public value and to let civil cultural capability grow.
