员工持股激励模式演化研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以华为公司为例,着眼于员工持股计划,主要采用案例研究方法系统分析该公司员工持股模式的实施规则、激励成效以及演化轨迹。同时,思考员工股权方案实施过程中遇到的制约和局限因素,指出提前设计合理的规范化制度和监管政策是很有必要的。
