老年人家庭医疗产品交互界面的可用性设计研究

A STUDY OF USABILITY DESIGN ON HOME HEALTH PRODUCTION INTERACTIVE INTERFACE OF THE ELDERLY

面对科技的发展及日益老龄化的社会趋势,大量老年人需要在日常生活中接触并使用家庭医疗保健类电子产品,以减少长期慢性疾病所带来的医疗费用及提供日常健康监测。如何有效针对老年用户群使用特征设计适合需求的可用性交互产品及界面,并结合设计学视角的研究基础,得出适合于老年人家庭医疗产品交互界面设计的可用性启发式通用准则,以寻求适用于该特定年龄层优质生活方式的人机交互界面有效设计方案。

Faced with the technology development and the increasingly aging trend, a large number of elderly needs to touch and use home health care electronics in daily life, so as to reduce the medical expense caused by long-term chronic disease and provide daily health monitoring. Then how to effectively aim at using features of the elderly user group to design interactive products and interface that adapt to their requirements. And combining with the research foundation from the design science perspective, how to arrive at the available and heuristic common criteria that adapt to usability design on home health production designing interaction of the elderly is the focus of the article. So is to seek for effective design plans of human-computer interaction interface that adapt to the superior life style of the specific age group.
