摘要
通过对砖坯干燥传热传质过程的分析,采用FLUENT流体分析软件中欧拉薄壁模型建立陶瓷坯体三维流体传热传质模型,通入同温度不同湿度的两种干燥介质,在此基础上得到瓷砖坯体干燥温度和湿度场,比对两种不同工况工质对蒸发过程的影响,并简要分析了影响干燥时间的主要因素,以期用于干燥生产过程参考。
Through the analysis heat and mass transfer process of the tile drying, Euler film-wall model in FLUENT fluid analysis software is adopted to build up a ceramic body for 3D fluid heat and mass transfer model, using two kinds of different temperature humidity drying medium as boundary condition we simulate drying temperature and humidity field working medium, then compared to two kinds of different conditions on the influence of the evaporation process, briefly analyzes the main factors affecting the drying time, hope that can be referenced by drying tile bodies.
