摘要
针对很多陶瓷生产企业依旧使用人工进行陶瓷质量检测的现状,提出一种基于LABVIEW和MATLAB的陶瓷缺陷在线检测方案。该方案包括硬件和软件功能的实现,其中硬件主要完成陶瓷数据采集,产品传送及智能控制等。软件主要完成缺陷在线检测。本论文将针对陶瓷中常见的缺陷,设计了一套缺陷在线检测算法。实验结果表明本系统能够有效地检测陶瓷产品的缺陷。
Based on the situation that most of ceramic enterprises still adopt manual testing method, tins paper proposes an online automatic detection system based on LABVIEW and MATLAB, which mainly includes two functions, namely, hardware and software function,and the hardware function mainly complete ceramic products transportation, data acquisition and intelligent control. The software one could achieve ceramic defects online detection. Our paper will focus on a typical defect and propose a novel algorithm for defect online detection. Experimental results show that the system can effectively detect the defects.
