摘要 根据陶瓷砖尺寸调整平整度检测数据,并在改进陶瓷砖平整算法和对分级标准改进与优化的基础上,研制出以S7-200PLC为核心加触摸屏和传感器组成的陶瓷砖平整度自动检测分级系统,给出系统的软件、硬件设计方案。由于该系统可以根据陶瓷砖的尺寸随机调整检测点数,从而提高检测精度;通过触摸屏TPC-7062K的以太网接口,与远端计算机连接,实现远程访问,企业可及时掌握产品质量情况。 The accuracy of the measurement of the flatness of the ceramic tile depends on the flatness detection algorithm. On the basis of the improvement of the ceramic tiles flatness algorithm and the optimization of the classification standards, the automatic detection and classification system is developed. The system is composed of S4- 200PLC as the core and touch screen and sensor. The software and hardware design scheme of the system is given. The system can adjust the detection points according to the size of the ceramic tiles, so as to improve the detection accuracy through the touch screen TPC-7062K Ethernet interface, connected to the remote computer, to achieve remote access, enterprises can grasp the quality of products in time.
